As Executive Director of Young Dreamers International, Roshenna Smith assists with all aspects of the organization, ensuring its mission is reflected in every initiative. With expertise in Organization, Banking, Finance, and Career Consulting, she assists with marketing, program development, communications, and operational strategies that equip participants with essential skills for success. Her leadership helps to ensure the organization’s programs are impactful, accessible, and transformative.

KEVIN SAMUELS

Kevin Samuels, our Director of Transportation, plays an essential role in ensuring Young Dreamers International remains accessible to participants throughout Spalding, Clayton, and Henry counties. Through his careful planning and coordination, Kevin helps eliminate transportation barriers, making it possible for every young person in our service areas to engage fully in our programs and opportunities. His dedication to reliability and safety underscores our commitment to accessibility and community support.

SHAWN SMITH

 As Program Director of Young Dreamers International, Shawn Smith oversees all programs, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and deliver meaningful impact. Drawing on his extensive experience in education, Shawn provides valuable expertise to develop and refine initiatives that support the personal and academic growth of participants. His leadership ensures that each program fosters leadership, skill development, and community engagement. A dedicated advocate for youth, Shawn is committed to equipping young men with the tools they need to succeed and thrive. 

SEON RODNEY

 As Youth Director of Young Dreamers International, Seon Rodney leads the organization’s efforts to empower and guide young participants toward personal and professional success. In this role, he oversees all youth advisors, ensuring consistent mentorship and support that align with the mission of the organization. Seon’s leadership fosters an environment where youth can thrive through impactful programs, skill-building opportunities, and meaningful community engagement. With a passion for inspiring the next generation, Seon is dedicated to helping participants unlock their potential and build a foundation for lasting success. 

SHAWANA PRATT

 Shawana Pratt, a highly respected Girl Scouts Volunteer Leader who has consistently showcased remarkable leadership and mentorship skills. Her cultivating financial expertise drives impactful results. With a strong educational foundation in Healthcare Management from Clayton State University and over ten years of experience as a Treasurer, Shawana excels in budgeting, analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and fueling positive transformation. Through her work, she also developed a deep commitment to empowering young men in the nonprofit sector to become meaningful leaders for the next generation.  

ADJOA BOGYA

 Adjoa Bogya serves as the Administrative Assistant for Young Dreamers International, providing vital support to the executive leadership team. With a background in civil engineering and over nine years of professional experience, Adjoa brings exceptional organizational skills and a deep commitment to empowering youth. Her role is integral to bringing the Young Dreamers's vision to reality. Adjoa’s dedication ensures the seamless execution of the organization’s mission, helping young men overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
