Young Dreamers International was founded in 2020 because too many young Black and Brown men were being left behind — not for lack of potential, but for lack of access, support, and someone who believed in them.
Since earning our 501(c)(3) status in 2022, we have served over 500 young men across our five-pillar program. The results speak for themselves: improved grades, stronger mental health, deeper community ties, and young men who are stepping into leadership roles in their schools, families, and neighborhoods.

Young Dreamers International walks alongside young Black and Brown men ages 12–25 through five core program areas designed to develop the whole person — mind, character, community, and spirit.
Leadership Development
We equip young men with the confidence, communication skills, and civic awareness to lead in their schools, families, and communities.
Community Engagement
Through service projects, local partnerships, and civic events, our participants learn that their voice and presence matter in the world around them.
Mental Health & Wellness
We provide access to certified coaches, group sessions, and one-on-one support — breaking the stigma and building emotional resilience.
Education & Career Readiness
From tutoring and college prep to resume workshops and career mentorship, we help young men map a path to their future.
Spiritual Growth
Grounded in values and purpose, our spiritual growth programming helps young men develop a strong moral foundation and sense of identity.
AI Training
AI is here to stay — and our young men will be ready. We provide hands-on AI literacy, tools, and skills so participants can compete and lead in the technology-driven world ahead.
